My coaching style includes a blend of Nonviolent Communication practices and principles; neuroscience research; therapeutic role play; mindfulness, acceptance and commitment based techniques; as well as sharing my first hand insights into trauma and healing. I see myself as an egalitarian with an ethos of deep compassion for the experience of being human.
My aim is to help you develop awareness around some of the limiting stories and beliefs that may be alienating you from others, or from yourself. I offer a warm, safe and supportive space to get to the heart of what matters; and teach you how NVC communication tools and skills can make your life more wonderful.
Common issues addressed include: communication and relationships; stress, anxiety and depression; anger, guilt and shame; compassionate parenting; grief and loss; direction forward/decision making; trauma and healing; facilitation skills and education coaching; and CNVC candidate mentorship.
Online coaching sessions are 45 minutes via Zoom or phone.

In 2023 I completed my training in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and am currently working towards certification as an EFT Couple Therapist. I am seeking couples willing to have their sessions recorded to share with my Supervisor. ( I am offering a reduced rate in exchange).
